Cancellation Policy
Deposit is nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule you may do so within 48 hours notice. Otherwise, you may lose the deposit. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING REQUEST IF DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HRS OF BOOKING REQUEST. • Please eat well and keep hydrated before your appointment. • Avoid blood thinners. Please don't take "Advil", "Ibuprofen" or "Aspirin" OR "Alcohol" before your session. • Please exfoliate your skin prior to tattoo/permanent makeup service. • Please make sure to advise us of any allergies or health issues. • Please avoid botox/fillers/facials at least 4 weeks before Permanent Makeup. • In case of serious health conditions, please consult your physician and obtain a written doctor's note, that it is safe for you to receive a service. • If you are under 18, a parent must be present at your appointment, please have a valid ID. We do not provide ear piercing services to children under 12. • Please fill out the Health Waiver prior to your appointment.
