Svadhisthana, the sacral chakra , your womb - is the energetic center of creation, sensuality, emotional flow, and feminine wisdom. It is the space where life is conceived — not only physically, but energetically. It governs our ability to feel, to receive, to express, to create, and to move with the rhythms of our inner world.

For women, the womb is more than an organ — it is a portal of memory, intuition, and manifestation. It holds ancestral stories, emotional imprints, and dormant creative potential. When disconnected from this space, many women experience numbness, burnout, overgiving, or a sense of losing their essence. When reconnected, the womb becomes a source of vitality, clarity, magnetism, and deep self-trust.

Through ritual, movement, meditation, art, and embodied practices, we will explore what it means to soften, to listen, to feel, and to create from within.
